Was searching for an outdoor storage box and found a name brand one way cheaper. I clicked on the Google shopping ad and purchased it through PayPal. They uploaded a tracking number & the item shows it was delivered. It was not delivered. I filed a claim on PayPal but since the item shows delivered when it wasn’t it’s possible PayPal will not protect me. The email associated with the PayPal account doesn’t work either. This is the email used: [email protected]

And I also found it so odd that the sellers name is Louisa and mine is also Louisa. I have only heard my name a few times so it was so weird their accounts name was the same.
