Type of a scam Online Purchase

I had an ad come up on Facebook for a rainbow bath bomb at a discount. My daughter loves bath bombs and the ad/corresponding video made the item look very large, therefore worth the price. I ordered it on 12/15. I contacted them via the only information on their page, [email protected] on 12/31 because my order still said "order placed". Their website states that they reply within 12 hours. I didn't hear anything back so I emailed them again today, Jan 19th. This time I received a reply that the message was not driver because the remote server is misconfigured. I tried going to the links they have for social media and those do not work either. I don't have a tracking number for my order and it still says order placed.
