I ordered two sets of ice boots for my horse. This vendor only sent one to me. At first I called and left messages and received no response. I followed with emails but still did not get a response. When I looked online I saw MANY online reviews by other customers who had similar experiences with County Farm Tack/ Then I contact my bank to reverse the charge. Finally the vendor contacted me and insisted that they had sent me two sets of ice boots. I opened the box and there was only one set. They refused to make good on this situation and continued to insist that they had sent them both.
