I received a call from a local phone number 915-201-0343 saying that the County Court House is trying to reach me to serve me since I'm being sued, but never mentioned from whom, and that if I needed more information to call 1-888-485-0354 and they provided me with a case number. I contacted the 1-800 phone number that I was provided with and was asked for the case number. I provided the case number and was told that they had been trying to reach me at the physical address they had on file and they asked if the last 4 of my SS# they had was correct. (The physical address and last 4 of my SS# they had were correct). They said because they hadn't been able to serve me, every time they go out to my address and I'm not home I get a charge of $200. I said I'm not at any of the home addresses they mentioned and I'm on my way to work. He then said since I was not providing the address or location where I was so they could serve me with court order papers the company that is suing me will just start to collect money from my bank account and my income tax wages. He didn't let me speak and was raising his voice saying he will notate everything down that I was not cooperating and he hung up on me.

I have been getting calls from the 888 485 0354 number also, they called my husband too asking for me but in my former last name telling him I was being served papers and needed the home address and work address and he started asking why and they said they needed to speak to me but was willing to get an address from him. I told him just hang up. I googled the number today and it brought me here, go figure it’s a scam lol I blocked the number
