they call and say they have placed a lein on your ssn. they say they are collecting on a judgement that you have not responded to. when asked for info they state you already have it. they will settle today or turn it over for garnishment for 3 times the original amount. when presses for more info they refuse to tell you. when i refused to do anything until i get it in writing, they tell you that that will not happen. told them i will not pay anything they say i will pay no matter what and will turn it over to their attourney to begin garnishment. they will not give you a case number or anything. i think they got my info from a data breach.
