I was told by a Facebook friend that he had won $850,000 and that he saw my name on the list. He gave me a number to text as well as an email address. I texted, without providing my name or other info, that I had been told that I had won. I received a statement from Carol Clinton, who works Deaf and Blind International, indicating I had won the USA Deaf and Blind Lottery. I supposedly won a million dollars. To claim prize, I had to send info to USA Good Citizen Awareness Lottery, Prize Number provided as well as a serial number. I’m supposed to provide full name, address, phone number, nationality, age, sex, country, email, if I’m hard of hearing or Def and my pager or Blackberry or email. I’m reporting it because I don’t trust it. My Facebook friend keeps telling me that this person Carol Clinton will guide me through the process.
