Softwarehubs (www.softwarehubs.com; Software Solutions Group LLC; 30 N Gould St STE R Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) appears to sell counterfeit software. Re-installation of “Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro Lifetime” failed after converting from Windows 10 to 11. Telephone calls, emails, web support and chat requests for assistance from Softwarhubs were unanswered. The Adobe web sites provided the following message when searching for solutions to re-installation support, “Adobe blocks serial numbers that have not been issued by Adobe or have been used fraudulently by unauthorized sellers to produce counterfeit software.” See, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/invalid-revoked-serial-numbers.html.
