I was rushed and coerced into paying for faulty service believing they were part of a business. i asked if he had a business card and he told me “he didn’t have it on him.”i was not told the price of the job prior to the service . in shock paid out of guilt and the fact i was still on clock at work and just wanted to get back to work not realizing i was being overcharged until they started asking me to pay a tax on top of the 5000 i paid them. i was given no invoice or receipt and when i tried to contact i was brushed aside and blocked. i had to hire a private investigator just to learn his real name.
