I just received my order from them yesterday. It took three weeks was super excited. I opened up my packages. The packaging I thought look cute. I do think the bottle sizes are a lot smaller versus seeing them on camera and secondly, they have no smell whatsoever. I am beyond freaking disappointed. I’m so glad that it was a buy one get one, but they will never get my $30 again. They are on my block list from even trying to receive any type of money anymore. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau bureau and I really hope this website get shut down. I sent an email out to them. They did respond, but in order to get the refund, it has to be damaged, not sent or the incorrect item. It says the product of no smell or any personal experience is no refund it first of all if you already know, it doesn’t smell when you said that this company is the biggest scamming company ever even when I put it on it didn’t it felt tacky a little sticky like residue still left on me. There was no shine. it just smells like nothing like it could be complete olive oil. Something needs to be done about this company ASAP. I wrote them explaining to them that this is unacceptable and I’m reporting them in any advertisement I see come across my Snapchat. Also, there are so many reviews on trustpilot that raises questions about this company

BrightBuy in conjunction with Pridtech of Singapore, advertised a working model 4-cylinder engine assembly with visible moving parts. What I received was a solid piece of junk plastic that vaguely looked like an engine, but was not what was advertised or what I ordered. They did offer a refund IF I would send it back to Singapore, knowing full well that it would be cost prohibitive, as stated to me in e-mails from both Pridtech and BrightBuy, and therefore walk away with a neat little profit for a piece of junk, even if I did accept the 15%, and later 25% discount offered. I either want the item I ordered, or a full refund and not have to pay for returning an item that is clearly not the item advertised.

Katycharm.com sent my order but will not exchange my order what I received was labeled incorrectly in size. It's read my size the band with but the cup size would fit a 10 year old I sent pictures back to seller as the requested of the bras received but they will not exchange it. I told the company all I want is an exchange and the company will only offer 50 percent off please don't shop at katycharm .com

Has silver for sale and send fake items to you. The silver bars are fake I weighed them as soon as package arrived today and knew they were fake. Cut one in half and for sure mot silver

On Instagram, there is an advertisement in the stories that used stolen content from a gym creator I am familiar with and impersonated the gymwear store "Gymshark" at really low prices. They have a store that you can "buy the clothing from" and then the ask for you information to ship the product to like name, address, and credit acre information at gymsharkfashion.com.

Made order on goatwigs.com for a shirt and dress.

received a dress in mail that was nothing what we ordered and only 1 product not 2.

Goatwigs states the post office messed up and they cant do anything and want me to pay again to ship back. refused to give me a refund and refused to send items paid for. I believe this is a fraudulent website . The address on website also doesn't match address on label where it came from.

Lighter USA has now scammed me with counterfeit products that break immediately or arrive dead. They don’t offer any returns or if they do and you send it back they’ll receive your return and then say they refuse to refund. Horrible company and horrible customer service

OverheadUSA is the name - they offered a boxed set of Rolling Stones records on clearance for $28.99, but I received a cheap digital watch from them instead - same reference email address as on the emailed receipt. I guess there is a chance it will actually arrive, but more than likely, I just paid almost $30 for a $2.00 watch.
