They advertised an upright Mobility Scooter for $499.97 with a 40% discount for $299.97. They also advertised a free cane with each purchase. They used a company called Afterpay to collect in 4 easy payments. I was tracking the shipment and I saw an alert that my package was delivered in my mailbox. It was the cane but not the scooter. I contacted the company multiple times to find out when I would receive my scooter. They told me that tracking number shows it was delivered. I told them I only received a cane. Both companies keep telling me they’re looking into it. Nothing ever happens. I searched Facebook some more and found multiple people who also never received what they ordered. They give you a cane and use that tracking number to say you received what you ordered. I sent my receipt to Afterpay and my message saying it was delivered in my mailbox but neither company does anything. I’m embarrassed that I fell for this scam. I went to their website prior to my purchase. They sent me text messages offering the discount and I thought I was buying from a reputable company.

I ordered a scooter from the website, it stated on my invoice that it would be delivered in two days, the next day I received a tracking number but I wasn't able to track it with the tracking number so I called but no one answered. I left a message but no one called back so I sent an email reply back to the email I received stating that my tracking number wasn't working. They asked for my order number and I replied with it. On December 4th I received a package from them but it wasn't the $600 scooter I ordered it was a foldable cane they had offered for free with the purchase of a scooter. I then sent them another email asking where my scooter was and that I had received the foldable cane but not the scooter. On December 20th I received an email from them apologizing for the delay in fulfilling my order and that they are doing everything possible to resolve the situation and that the delay has been due to unforeseen challenges with their inventory, but that they are actively working to rectify it. Then they stated it had been some time since my order was placed so they needed me to confirm my address to avoid further complications. I replied with my address and let them know to cancel my order and to not bother sending the scooter. I still haven't heard from them and I tried calling again today to speak with someone, the phone just rings and it sounds like someone picks up and then it goes back to the music. I used Affirm to pay for the scooter and have filed a dispute with Affirm but they stated that upright cane showed them that the item has been delivered.
