Upright Cane offered an Upright walker for the elderly, on sale for $179.95. They offered 2-day shipping. After 2 weeks, I still have no walker. Called the number advertised, and reached a help desk. Was given a tracking number Received in the mail a cheaply made folding cane valued at 25 dollars and not the walker that was ordered. After receiving the walking cane, I was told I would need to go to USPS with the tracking number. USPS researched it and said the package attached to that tracking number weighed 1 pound 4 ounces. Contacted Uprightcane and they sent an email thanking me for my purchase.
