I contacted Nine6ix multiple times to report the issue, but instead of addressing my concerns, they accused me of wearing the shoes “multiple times” and suggested that I was attempting to scam them. I provided them with photos showing the shoes fresh out of the box, the packaging, and even the delivery receipt, but they refused to acknowledge the problem.
My attempts to resolve the matter were ignored, and I was left with a fake or poorly manufactured product that does not match what was advertised. The company’s refusal to cooperate or take accountability suggests this may be a deliberate tactic to scam customers.
I want to warn others about Nine6ix, as their products do not match what is advertised, and their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful when issues arise.
Paid with E-transfer too, bank cannot help there nor police.
