Still Waiting for Ice Maker

I haven't taken any other steps on this other than attempt to email the company with the 'Have any Questions' email address. I knew going in that this product would be shipping overseas, Asia I assumed. I knew shipping would take a long time. But just started to poke around to see what I can find. This is disheartening to say the least. I had several family members purchase ice makers as well who are afraid they've been scammed. I will also be reaching out to PayPal and Instagram where there advertisement was found. Feeling kind of foolish that I fell for this...I'll know better next time. But in the mean time I'm going to be raising some Cain with some people!

I purchased a GE Nugget Ice Maker and never received it. The online website doesn’t say GE but the reviews clearly show it was a GE appliance. It was $92.86 with tax and normally on Amazon they are $580. So I thought oh my what a steal! They took my money, never sent product and when I emailed the email bounced back and the phone number didn’t work. I filed a claim with PayPal and the company uploaded a tracking number that was sent to my city but I called the USPS customer service number and they confirmed that the tracking number the company provided did not ship to my address. PayPal said they see things like this all the time where the company uploads a bogus tracking number. I had to jump through hoops and I’m still trying to get my money back with PayPal.

The company doesn’t have a working email or phone number. They uploaded a bogus tracking number and lied to PayPal. I know I can’t be the only one who has had this problem with this company. Please I hope you look into this because something isn’t right.

I never received an item and this company just took my money. It seems like a scam website and likely don’t even have the product.
