A friend from Norman, Oklahoma told me he was shipping me a parcel. I received an email from swiftly courier service stating I had to pay $1570 for the shipment in order to receive the parcel. I was supposed to receive it within two days. Payment was made via PayPal credit to a tara-lynn stapleton. I received a email receipt for the amount paid and was told it was a enroute next thing I know I received another email from swiftly courier, stating the parcel was in San Bernardino at the border and $2170 was due for taxes. Why would a parcel going from Oklahoma to Arizona be shipped to San Bernardino, California for taxes it didn’t come out of the United States. I reported it to PayPal and demanded a refund for fraud. I am also reporting it to you.
