I purchased a couch cover on 4/20. They said shipping would be delayed because it was coming from China. 5 weeks later, still no product or update. After some research, I realized a ton of people had the same issue, and the company was not helpful at all. All they say is to be patient, and have no answer to not receiving the product. This is a clear scam

I ordered from Couchsavers on April 5th. Confirmed shipping on April 11th. I have yet to receive my package. Every time I contact support its the same automated messages from Kim. I get a tracking number that says it will arrive in a week, always a pushed back date.
