I saw an advertisement so I ordered an item a month ago. Couchput told me it will take a month to deliver so I waited but nothing was delivered. I have been emailing the person in Couchput but they only reply me with the auto-reply e-mail. The tracking website says the item cannot be found even though it was dispatched a while ago. I have no idea how else I can contact them. It is a scam.

Couchput advertised a product I thought was nice. I ordered it, and got a shipping confirmation. The only tracking was internationally up to when it said my package was handed off to postal service. A month later, there’s no delivery nor any updated tracking. The USPS would have updated the tracking info. Couchput.com’s customer service was less than helpful, and eventually stopped responding to me.
