Horrible customer service! Got my covers after waiting a full month and one was too small. I wanted to just do the refund because it would take too long to get the new ones and I found the same covers on Amazon. I had to pay for my own shipping back and a 20% restocking fee. Then they email me saying they found dog hair on it and will not refund my money. They sent pictures of 5 pieces of dog hair, absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m out $90!

I received my slipcovers without any problem. They will protect my sofas from a messy child or dog but they are NOT WATER RESISTANT or WATERPROOF. Tested them with a little water and it did NOT bead up. The fabric is soft and they do fit well, but if you are looking for protection from puppy accidents, these will not do the trick.

Received my Covers - as it was not what is on the pictures and looks as my grand ma couch covered for the winter when she leaves her country house locked.

It took four months to receive the couch cover. Within that time I contacted them numerous times saying it was way too long at this point I didn’t want it anymore and I just wanted to be refunded. They said I could not and they just said when it arrives contact them so I can return it. They didn’t mention that I needed to contact them within 14 days otherwise it’s non-refundable. So I contacted them 16 days after it arrived and they told me I cannot get a refund and there’s nothing they can do. This place is a scam and I feel like they just steal money from people!

I saw an ad for couch covers on Instagram from CouchSavers. They were advertising a 50% off sale in April of 2020, where I ordered two covers to fit my couch according to their measurement guides. It is now mid-July 2020 and I have not received even a tracking number for my covers. I’ve sent and received several emails back and forth of wanting a refund after receiving no products or tracking. The company refuses to refund me and cancel my order claiming it is on its way and it’s impossible for me to get a refund. I’ve read several accounts on social media now where people are experiencing the same problem. Their website is extremely well done and professional at first glance. There are small grammatical errors here and there but very easily missed.

I ordered a couch cover on April 11 and received an email stating that it was shipped on April 15th. I was charged for the cover and have not received it. I keep getting the run around with the company about it being on it's way and to give it a couple of more weeks. I do not believe what they have said about it taking so long because of the pandemic right now, because I have ordered other things that shipped from China and received them within a reasonable amount of time AFTER I placed the order with Couch Savers.

I placed an order on April 22nd 2020 and still have not received my order. The tracking information has not been updated since May 16th. I since then have spoken to them via their website chat and through email in which they continuously state they cannot issue me a refund due to already being in transit. The company says it is based in California but the tracking says it is coming from China. My ordered totaled $55.98 for two couch covers that I never received.

I saw these on an ad on Facebook, it kept coming up and we were in need of covers for the couch. I read the website and saw it was based in the USA. It has been over 2 months and still no product. Each time you reach out they give you the run around and a cookie cutter response. Stating to just be patient and that the carrier will update the tracking once available scans are made. They refuse to give your money back.

Couch Savers reports they are from Portland and sell couch slip covers. I ordered a couch cover and was charged $106.97 approx. 1 1/2 months ago and have not received a product. The emails and website I receive from them say they are a US based business. Then after several request I had a response that my order did ship and in a few day it should be at my local postal carrier that was 2 weeks ago. I been asking for refunds and trying to contact them for tracking information. The only link they sent me is a fake tracking link. When I looked up their address they are a residential house in Portland and there is no business registered at that address.

I paid for a couch cover and pillow covers in April 2020. It is now two months later. The latest tracking information provided is "handed to the airline carrier" in China, one month ago. From what I have read on trustpilot.com, many people have had a similar experience. The few people who have received their orders describe the products as very low quality.

I ordered a couch saver back in April and never received it. I have contacted the company multiple times and they will not refund me. The website states that they are based in Portland Oregon but the tracking information I received stated the product is being shipped from China. Everything about this website and product is fake and I am working with my bank to get my money back.

Fake tracking number! No phone number to call anyone. I lost $90.00 and nothing was shipped! Scam scam scam!

We ordered product on 5/2 and still have received nothing. They say they can’t refund due to item being shipped. The tracking says it has been in China the entire time. A lot of complaints about the same issue online.

I made an online purchase almost two months ago. $80 was immediately withdrawn from my account. I have not received tracking information and support keeps telling me to be patient. Upon checking their Facebook page, I see many other people with the same complaints. Money withdrawn but no shipment. Also, the support people you can live chat with are fake pictures! Now, strangely enough, support is unavailable due to covid-19.
