After ordering my cover and multiple emails with the company waiting for delivery. They eventually stopped answering any of my correspondence. They blamed everything on Covid for the reason why it was taking so long. After cutting off communication I know they are full of malarkey.

I ordered a couch cover from Couch Hero after seeing an ad on Facebook. The money was taken out of my account but the product was never delivered. When I tried to go back to the website to contact the company the website was taken down. Then I read a bunch of reviews saying that this company was a total scam and they will probably show up again marketing a different product.

Placed an order with the company in June 2020 that was never shipped or delivered. Customer service told me it was because of delays due to Covid 19. When I asked for a refund, the suggest a 20% off discount which I refused and asked again for a refund. They then said: "Due to restrictions, we were unable to issue the refund. Kindly provide us the following information for us to send the refund directly to your bank account..." and proceeded to ask for my bank account information.
