Type of a scam Online Purchase
Specific sizes ordered on 09 May = 38~40x34L (two); and 30~32Wx32L, totalling $89.97USD / $125.09CAN. Order was received on 12 Jun from Shanghai, China - with Chinese lettering on label. I email the company on 13 Jun requesting how to return these items and receive a refund - I was sent one M and two XL (one of which was a different size than the other). This is not what I ordered. The response back was impersonal and almost scripted/ computerized - received on the same day.
I then sent 5 further emails requesting a return email address - one to verify that the address on the package was correct. Response = "no, it is not our address". I also asked that they stop calling me "Sir/Madam" and use my first name. They did not acknowledge this request either.
There is so much more to this story - Please protect yourself.
