I purchased (2) online travel bags from a website advertised on social media. The original email contacts on the website was [email protected]. They charged my credit card $50.98 for the purchase back in July. It is now Sept. and still no product, nor any communication. I emailed them inquiring about the purchase, since I did pay for it, and then discovered that the EMAIL ADDRESS WAS INVALID. I went back to the website and noticed their contact email was CHANGED for this business. I sent an additional email to the new email address, and still no reply and no product. I believe they are scamming customers throughout the U.S. via their online social media presence, taking our credit card info, charging/scamming customers and have no intention of replying or sending an actual product. How can we prevent these scammers from taking more money from US residents?
