I purchased a pair of shoes from this company and they sent me something completely different from what I ordered. The shoes I received are cheaply made and the wrong size, so I can’t even use them. The company is giving me the run around as far as a refund.

I purchased 3 pair of shoes from Cosypairs in February. The shipping was supposed to be $8 but they charged me $20. I figured it was due to the supply chain issues. It took 3 emails and a nearly a month to get shipping confirmation from them. Then it took another 20 days or so get my package. The package contained only 2 pair of shoes NOT 3. One pair looked nothing like the photo and was a full 6" longer than the tip of my toes. The second pair looked similar to the photo but not exactly and the color was off. They were the right size but did nit fit correctly. I contacted the company to do a return and get a refund per their stated policy. They refuse to follow their own return policy published on their website. The suggested I give e the shoes away as a gift and accept a "very big coupon" to be used for my next purchase. They refuse to refund any of my purchase and will jot issue the return authorization. They essentially stole $125. Sent me 2 items even though I ordered 3. The photos on their website don't match the products sent, they appear to have stolen photos of other shoes and they send cheap poorly made knockoffs that do not look like what was ordered. They do not honor the policies published on their website.
