I ordered a wig from Costume Place (costumeplace.com) 4 months ago, and it never arrived, despite customer service telling me multiple times that they'd "look into it." Upon doing further research, I discovered that many other people never received the goods they paid for from Costume Place (see their Trustpilot page), and furthermore, that they share the same customer support phone number (310-667-7984) with another costumer supplier - Partyland Costumes - which has ALSO been reported as a scam on BBB! And what's more, Partyland Costumes shares (shared) a business address (11950 S La Cienega Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250-3465) with a THIRD costume supplier, Acomes, Inc (now relocated to 22301 S Western Ave. Suite 106, Torrance, CA 90501), which is also, shockingly, a scam. It's obviously the same people who keep changing names, addresses, and phone numbers after being reported. They can't keep getting away with this.
