In the summer of 2023, I received a call from "Costco Travel." That is what they said. They told me that for $899 I would receive a travel package that included 3 or more trips. I agreed because of the name Costco Travel and gave them my credit card. After that, they said they were Sunny Beach Getaways out of Cancun, Mexico. I told them that I longer wanted the package, but they charged my card anyways. I disputed this charge with Capital One, but they said that we did not have enough proof for them to reverse the charge. The company forged my signature on required forms very quickly and sent that to Capital One as proof that

I agreed to the deal. We sent a copy of my driver's license to show that my signature did not match the signature on the signed forms. There is no record of an email sent from us to them with signed forms. Capital One said that still was not enough.

We have not been able to reach Sunny Beach Getaways. When we call the number provided, 1 (888) 897-2822, we get hold music for about 5 minutes and then it disconnects every time. They send us certificate numbers by email, but no booking confirmation for a trip is ever received. We have tried multiple times! This should be a crime! We want our money back. Is forging a signature no longer a criminal act? The signature on the form is not even close to what my signature looks like. Please help us! This happened months ago. We have no vacation confirmations, and they have $899 of our money. The company's website is

They called saying "Thank you for being a Costco customer. You have won a vacation package." When the person answered the phone and I said that I was typing up information for BBB they put me back on hold, picked up said "No" and hung up.
