The email pretended to be from Costco Wholesales, asking for a survey with rewards. After I selected the "reward" to pay the S&H, it prompted many other offers, and when I clicked on "learn more" it took it as I accepted the offer. I didn't know I have ordered the item until they said the order has been processed. There is no place for me to cancel or contact them.

I later called them after getting the contact info from the credit card company. I called them during their business hours. After waiting for 5-10 minutes even thought they said the wait time is about 2 min, they asked if they can call me back instead. I chose to continue to wait because I doubt they will call me back. Then, they hung up on me. I don't think they were interested in answering my call.
