I ordered an item I thought was from Costco, but come to find out it was some company from China. They gave me this tracking number and when I searched the tracking number it kept saying that my order was delivered which it never was and they tried to tell me that they accidentally sent me some sunglasses that they did not want me to send back because of customs fees but in my case they never sent anything and only offered me 10% of my money back. I have been fighting with them to get 100% of my money back since April 2023 and they slowly just raise the amount they are willing to refund me by 5 % every few weeks and they are now up to offering me 70% of my money back which I am not settling until I get 100% back and I just keep telling them this over and over ... **** *** * **** ***** ** ******** ****** ** ***** ***** **** ****** **** ****** * **** ***** ****** *** ** * **** *** *** ** *** ****** *** **** ******* *** **** **** * ******** ******** ** **** **** ** *** ****** *******
