I attempted to call the company and got a Golf Course with no answering service. I then called Discover and reported situation and a case number was assigned. Another watch came in mail,before the next month's discover bill came. Attempted again to call company golf corse again. Discover recalled - they gave us another phone number of Costano. This number was attached to an answer machine which asked for phone number and name. Never returned call. New Discover bill with $196.82 (billed for 2 watches!) Many phone calls later, including phone call to attorney discover sent you an agreement for the watches - this was never seen before - I did not sign
Now a third bill has come and another watch and you guessed it I was billed for 3 watches $295.23 the packaged watch comes in has no return label, no address
I thought a free gift for taking a survey has ended up in a nightmare
