Purchased a Mandalorian costume for Halloween from this website back on October 14th, 2021. The website states that items purchased by Oct 14th within a particular selection called “Ready for Halloween” will be delivered before Halloween. I included expedited shipping cost of $40.00 for quicker delivery.

After days of waiting for shipping confirmation via email, I never got a notification my order was shipped. I emailed the company multiple times, and even left a bad review to ensure they got the message. But when I check the website it appears to have been deleted.

I didn’t get a response from them until I threatened to report. By that time they stated they aren’t able to ship my costume in time for Halloween. After I discussed I wanted a full refund, they only refunded part of my order. Apparently me mask part of the order arrives on Tuesday 10/26 but they responded they won’t take a refund of the mask nor the expedited shipping because I opened the delivery package, but not the plastic packaging of the actual costume mask.

I also have suspicion there was no thing like “expedited” shipping. I’ve made orders from Japan, China, and Korea before and orders have taken almost as long as this order has, with normal shipping (around 2.5 weeks).

This website has displayed various issues:

• Removal of bad reviews to give the appears of being “legitimate”

• Zero communication unless threatened with reporting

• Ridiculous claims towards customers to avoid refunding and returning orders

• “fake” expedited shipping costs

This site looks like any other costume website, and I have ordered from similar sites in the past and received merchandise. However, this site claims you will have your product in 7-12 business days. I ordered on September 24th. As of October 12th, my product showed as “order confirmed.” It hadn’t even begun to ship. I tried reaching out to the company and after two business days, received no response. So, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I have since seen many reviews on this company calling them out as being a scam.
