I saw a Facebook ad for several weeks advertising a very inviting product, a bra designed for older women. The ad looked very legitimate, and so I ordered one. I ordered on 8/8/23, but by 8/16/23 had not received any notification of the product being shipped. I began to be suspicious, so I looked up their website. I could tell right away it just didn't look right. And when I looked up their Terms of Service, they wrote every disclaimer they could think of about what they were not responsible if the product did not arrive, including saying that any oversees taxes, or fees were not included in the shipping fee and were the consumer's responsibility ( but never disclosed that at the point of sale, and in fact never revealed where they were located), and not responsible for any shipping errrors, etc. I then tried to email them regarding my concerns, but it was a bogus email and could not be delivered (support @ crosmopic.com).
