I purchased cosmetics through Shopify/Affirm. As soon as I found out the product was coming from China I reached out to the company both email and phone(which has been taken down). No response till the package arrived. I reached out to place a return, no response for days. Out of the blue someone finally responded and told me I didn’t need to return the product and they would process a full refund. I have yet to see a refund and no one is responding to my emails. I reached out to Shopify and they were no help. This company is a joke. The package I received appeared to be sent from the us with a Texas business address. When you search the address it is a residential address not a business. Everything about this company is fraudulent.
