I bought a puppy (https://smartlinegoldendoodle.com/) which itself was a scam and they pointed me to this cargo company to deliver and booked puppy. They asked me $985 (for electronic Crate rent with refund of 95%) and I paid. once I did they stopped communication and puppy was not delivered. In fact I realized when my money was in process and called Bank Of America to stop this but they did not do that. So logically they are equally responsible to make this happen.
