I ordered a tent from them. they looked like they were a wholesaler with a US address. After I made the order I was sent a receipt from someone with a chinese (character) name but without an item listed.. Not a problem. A few days later, i got a tracking number saying the Item was shipping from China and would take 20days .. Not the worse thing but not the 5-7days that the website said. well after I received the package it was a cheap pair or rayban knockoff sunglasses... definitely not a tent. around day 30. I immediately made a claim with Paypal. The seller responded offering me $49 of the $60 I spent. I declined. the website said free returns and free shipping. They wanted me to ship it back to China at my cost and wouldn't refund the full amount until it was received in China... yeah right... never going to happen. Meanwhile the seller had been contacting me via email and depending on the day depended on how much they wanted to refund me if I decided to keep the crappy sunglasses... anywhere from 40%-60%. The scam is they won't ship you out the correct item, take most of a return period to deliver the item, if you do dispute the charge or try to deal with it through their company internally, they will offer to send the correct item, again... from China (will they or won't they) but they eat up the return/dispute clock and finally will say the dispute period is over and they keep all of your money. The conversations via email sounded and looked like different people replying but they all said basically the same thing. I am lucky that I escalated it through Paypal and was able to get a full refund from paypal if I reported it through IC3.gov. Paypal also has a longer dispute period but I have now heard of other cases where the item wasn't received before the 30day dispute period was over and they lost all of their money.
