Received an official looking mail, stating that if I do not file a timely report I may be at risk. Thankfully if you read towards the end they do state that they are not a governemtnal agency. Not endorsed or approved by any governmental agency. But one can overlook that thinking they may in violation and just mail off 165.00 to them. The print is also very "light" compared to what they are asking for in addition to a "mail by" date which is in larger and darker font. And they only want checks or money orders. I would be very careful od sending checks nowadays.
