Type of a scam Government Agency Imposter
This is the second time I have received a letter from this company to renew my State LLC license. This company knows my LLC name and threatens me demanding I pay $110 to renew this license, when I can do this through the state website for $20. It looks very official. I feel like this is very miss leading as it looks like official paperwork quoting Colorado Law, CoRev.Stat 7-90-301, and 7-90-501. It feels a lot like they are impersonating the government. If someone could crack down on this company that would be amazing.
