Please be advised that this company keeps sending toners that were never ordered and keeps billing the company that I work for, for same. The company is clearly conducting fraudulent business practices and it has to stop! Please be further advised that every time they call, it is always from a private number and it sounds like the same voice, but always a different name; i.e. Don Howard (owner), John Taylor, Doug Bennet, Rob Goodman, Steve Dale, Steve Scott. Please help!

After having purchased one (1) toner from Corporate Distributions and paid for the one toner (toner only lasted me 2 weeks), this company shipped seven (7) toners without my agreement and/or authorization and billed me for five (5) of them. I requested an MRA (return label) which they never sent so I shipped it back to them and they shipped it right back to me. A week later, they were calling for payment of same. In the interim, whenever they would call, they would call from a "private" line so that you would not have their number and it would always be someone else calling, not the same person that you had spoken with last time. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY as they are operating under fraudulent terms.

This company will send you product you did not order and try to force you to pay for it. Their prices are ridiculously high. They refuse to accept the product back and threaten you if you attempt to return them. They will call you every hour harassing you for payment even after the product is returned.
