My friend met this person at his church who told him she could help him with his small business. She requested he give her $10,000 cash and she will lend him $250,000 not now anything about this finances at all. She told him she wanted the money within 45 days cash. So he paid her in installments all cash, $2600, $2500, $500, $1250, $1000, final payment of $2300 paid on Dec 4, 2015. She never gave him any kind of agreement. When he came to me I told him no finance company would lend him this kind of money, he only bring in about $50,000 a year on his clean business. After he paid her the last payment she stop communicating with him. Then on January 10, while he was in church she gives him two letters dated January 6, 2016. She did not explain the letters to him or anything., one of the letters was from someone he never heard of and it had no return address or telephone number on it. After this she stop taking his calls and refuse to call him back and explain the letters to him. She knew my friend did not make enough money to even get a loan like this. Because he did not no any better he trusted her. She was suppose to help him with his business plan and she promise to get him more trucks and people to work with him and make his company a Corporation. She also told him after that fact that she actually gave several people back their money because they were upset with her but she did not say what happen. I feel that this women and her pastor about both in on this scam setting up older people at the church. Then one day he saw her in church and she told him to discuss the matter with the Pastor. The Pastor ask him why would she approve him for this large amount of money. No papers were draw up what so ever. My concern with this is that she has also taken this to people who don't know the system and got their money. I just don't want her to do this to anyone else.
