Person called claiming to be an elderly woman's cousin, stating that he was in jail and needed her to send him money to pay attorney to get him out. "Attorney" insisted that she send money orders, not cashier's check or wire, and that she keep this confidential. Checked Virginia State Bar and there is no attorney by that name.

She was at bank trying to withdraw the funds to send when bank convinced her to hold up.
