I ordered my pool since early July and never received it. Finally after months of sending emails and not getting a response they finally answered me last week. They refused to give me my refund and still insisted on sending the pool even tho it’s late September -____-

I bought and paid for two 12ft pools.. my total order was $80.97.. after waiting and waiting I never received the order... I was refunded my money by my cc company then they came back to my cc company and I was recharged for the order.. I NEVER GOT.. these ppl are SCAMMERS... DONOT BUY FROM THEM.. liars and thiefs..

ordered a pool too - cancelled the order the same week; they didnt respond and I got was computer generic messages; I filed a fraud case with my bank and then paypal. Paypal dropped it since I had filed with the bank even though I explained many times - the bank can only go after their bank and not after the company; somehere in all those emails paypal said they would handle it but then I guess it seems like who is handling the emails that day the next person says they wont (NEVER PAYPAL!); then the company promised a refund - I waited two weeks and nothing - asking about it they sent me nothing but computer generic messages; now I filed with the BBB and the scamming website and write them a nice review so other people dont fall into the same trap; now they respond since I filed with paypal they wont send the refund ... well I have an email saying they would... somebody will catch them! And then hopefully the scamming stops!

I just fill sick now about the pool I ordered and all these reviews and yes they are scammers. I will turn PayPal into BBB if they dont help me. I have 180 days. What was strange is it took me 2 days to figure a way to dispute the purchase. Once I clicked on it PayPal said I couldn't dispute till I threatened not to pay any more money. So I agree with everyone they might be in cahoots with China. I paid 389.00 for only the pool liner. No pump,nomat,and no pool tarp

I looked on BBB and no complaints. I did file one . My story is the same no-one will answer phone or return emails . I ordered a pool for my grandson and only got a pump. Every one above should file a complaint with BBB

This was too good to be true. I too was scammed out of my money. I filed a dispute after two days and the order just not sitting well with me. PayPal made me wait for 30 days before doing anything. Well on day 30 a tracking number appeared. This gave me some hope until I noticed it was coming from China and only weighted .8 pounds. Pretty small for a 12x36 pool with a pump. Anyway, PayPal offered to refund me if I shipped the product back to China. I didn’t even look into it cuz it just sounds expensive and the window to get it back over there was ridiculous. Corlala sucks. I did research after my quick click to buy and the whole website is off. I’m so mad at myself. But we are going to fill the pool up with balls and use it as a ball pit. Hard lesson learned though. DON’T SHOP AT CORLALA or depend on PayPal to side with you

same experience. ordered a 12x36 pool received a 9x20" pool. after several computer generated emails they told me to send back and they will refund total price. At my expense of course. I am afraid to send back and be out more money and never receive my original $. i filed a dispute with my credit card. still waiting to hear what happens with that. what a rip off this place is...

I ordered what I thought was a 12'x36" (2) pools to find out they changed the website and said I ordered a 7'× 30" pools only to receive 2 ...6'x20" pools. ? This is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Same thing happened to me I've emailed them an email them finally got somebody to respond to me and they told me that I ordered the 7 foot by 36 foot or something like that and that I told them I wanted a refund I wanted to send this pull-back and I wanted a refund and they told me that they would pork give me a partial refund of $20 and I paid 97 I was like I don't think so

I was too just scammed yesterday 7/20/2020 by Corlala, same scenario went to purchase a pool for my kids, not even 5 min after the purchase, i read the scam reviews on here, oh i feel terrible. PayPal is in cahoots with the scamming going on. I am very knowledgeable in the Legal Field, anyone want to join a class action law suit against paypal? email me at [email protected]

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a water slide that was supposed to come with two speed boards and a splash pool at the end. I paid $70.00 for this water slide. They sent me a COMPLETELY different slide! This one was much smaller with no splash pool and did not come with speed boards. They sell this one the website for $40.00. It was such a huge disappointment. I am currently fighting it out with PayPal. Hopefully they can resolve it.

Please do not buy from CORLALA ! They are thief, scammers. Like all reviews we have gone through the same experience that they give us a label of shipping but never received any progress. They have a fake phone number on the websites.
Do not order from them scammers.
