I purchased a brand new Sim card for my mobile hotspot off of eBay. I received it, it would not activate. I called the technical support number, just to have a woman tell me she doesn't handle that, then has another woman call me from a different number. I then get an email directing me to contact Pageplus. Long story short the card is no good.
