I was sent an sms by the HR manager of the company but the interview was done through telegram. No call or zoom interview. Most jobs send you the equipment and this one sent a check for over $6k to supposedly deposit and buy a laptop, time tracker, printer and scanner. The interview itself seemed legit because the questions were typical interview questions. But once i said i was not comfortable depositing that much in my account. The so called “hiring manager” named Michela Secci, removed her photo from telegram and never responded.
