I bought items from coraart.com and still haven't received my items but the money was taken

it was a web site selling clothes at a discounted price, i placed an ordered and payed using my credit card, then a little over a month later they message me saying i need to pay for my account for my order to be shipped,, i just thought may be my card did not work that first time so i payed again, a few weeks after i kinds thought about it, and went to check when my order should be arriving, that is when i realized, my first pay ment did go through, and that the send charge was almost double the original charge, i have been in contact with them. fist it was they were behind on shipping out orders, because of the pandemic ,,, now its going back and forth about a refund, this company also goes by a second ,, so look out for them too......penviline...
