Company called telling us it was time to reorder our toner for our printer. New employee wasn't familiar with the company that we have our contract with. They acted like they were our usual supplier (they are not). They shipped a product then later sent an astronomical invoice ($542.82) for the product giving only "three days" to cancel said "transaction."
