Scammers

Placed an order October 2021. Monies were paid. Item was supposedly sent tk an address in West Orange NJ. I live in Maryland. Contacted Coolest Goat..they state they will look into this. To date and after many attempts to either get the item or refund...I'm always getting the same response. We are looking into it. Frustrating part there is no where we can report these scammers so we can get justice. These bad eggs win everytime. Its a crime no one is caring to protect the consumer.

We purchased a pot in October 2021 they hurried up and took out the payment but we never received the pot. I contacted them several times they said they would look into it but never received anything else from them and they refused to send pot or money back

What a scam! DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I have a similar story to those already listed. Ordered an item, got a tracking number and fed ex shipment tracking number. It was all phony and there is not a customer service anyone, phone number also phony. I wish I had taken the time to pull up their reviews before I placed an order.

Coolest Goat Uncle appears to be hiding behind Amazon as a 3rd party vendor sending one legitimate package and then fraudulently sending the same UPS shipping number to other customers, who placed orders directly with Coolest Goat Uncle. The orders made directly to Coolest Goat Uncle are never filled by Coolest Goat Uncle , but the customer is sent emails indicating the package was shipped using the UPS number of the package sent to the Amazon customer. Sounds like Internet fraud!

I ordered a 3.2 cubic foot stainless steel refrigerator. They said they sent it October 25 and gave me a tracking number. I was told it was delivered Saturday October 30. There is no refrigerator. UPS said they turned it over to the post office who put it in my mailbox on Saturday. You cannot put a refrigerator in a mailbox!

I have called their number six times and it just rings and rings. I have sent four emails to their customer service number and no response.
