On June 9, 2020. I purchased online a pool solar ionizer from them for $139.99. They charged my credit card but never send me the confirmation email. I emailed them many times but they kept on saying that they have problem with their shipment company and they kept on making promise that they will send shortly but it have been over 2 months. I asked for refunded but they never did and won/t mention on their email that they will refund except for saying the items will arrive.
