Ordered a pair of converse sneakers through the website converse-stockholm.com and the payment went through but I didn't receive an order confirmation. Upon contacting the customer services at [email protected], I received a delivery failure notification. A couple of days later I received an email with a tracking number from [email protected] but the tracking number is not recognized. I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller but no response.
