Your first duty will be expense report quotation for the new office set-up, you will also have some errands to run which will be communicated to you from time to time. I will personally contact the estate agent to get a lease for office space in the coming week.

Please note that i am mostly busy therefore expect my staff to work with little or no supervision. As for work hours, you can work remotely until we set up the new office when you will be working 6hrs/day (9am to 3pm) and only week days. If you have a current job, you might need to hold on till the office is fully set up before handing in your notice.

Note: By replying to the email you confirm that you have accepted an offer to work as office assistant for David Anderson of convergerxoption Inc, with a starting Salary of $4,800/month which will be reviewed after 3 months.

Benefits include; 30- day vacation, monthly $200 mobilization fee, the rest will be added after 3 months of working. Your work status shall be contract staff until end of April when it will be reviewed. This will be a 1099 independent contractor position until the end of April.

I will expect your full concentration on the responsibilities and duties required of you in the next 3 months while we go through the new office set up.

Your employment starts from Monday 02/06/2017. Your pay check will come before or on the 27th of every Month (Your first pay is due on or before 02/27/2017). Look out for my email in the coming week about the Office Set-up Expenses quotation which you will work on.
