Postal mail with our name and home address saying we had an outstanding bill with Cox Communications of $328.57 and if we paid right away they could accept 50% to satisfy the debt.

We do not have an account with Cox.

These people keep calling and saying they are with Convergent Outsourcing to settle a business matter and that they need my social security number. I have no idea why someone would be contacting me about a business matter, and I pay very close attention to my credit so I don't owe any debt collectors. They said they would send me a letter, I said thats fine go ahead and send a letter. I never got a letter and they are still continuing to call.
