This company contacted hotel for their contractors lodging in the Brookfield, WI area. From March until late May company provided 4 different credit cards to settle debt they owed to hotel. Finally in the end of May when workers finished their job in the area and left, hotel was unable to collect the payment for the remaining last nights they owed. All credit cards that were provided to hotel declined. After several attempts to secretary Lisa Striewe regarding payment. She informed me that the owner was out "very ill" and she was waiting for funds in order to pay the remainder that was owed. After another 2 weeks calling Lisa to follow up I had to resort to leaving voicemails that were never responded back to. Finally hotel received a phone call from Jaime Goldberg claiming to be the owner of the company and not aware of his cards declinging and payment was needed. Jaime then stated he would get the payment all worked out and by the following week hotel should be able to charge the card on file again. After continuous attempts funds were not able to be obtained, owner was not responsive, hotel got attorney involved to collect funds. Finally this week hotel again attempted to collect the last $2200.00 to them from the credit card authorizations we had on file and payments were collected. Hotel then received a phone call from "Jaime", owner of the company claiming to be another individual and that hotel mistakenly took payments from his card. When realized this was the owner from Contrak Solutions it was explained to him that we have been back and forth with him and his secretary Lisa who set these rooms up on a weekly basis trying to get funds from their employees past stay since the end of May. Jamie then went on to state that his employees were not staying with us. Paper work was provided that the same individuals that he paid lodging for in March were the same as in May. This owner was in good faith provided lodging for his employees as requested and now trying not to pay the remaining payment owed and trying to scam out of the fact that they were even his employees!! This needs to be brought to peoples attention to watch out for both the owner and this company. I am assuming that this is the reason different cards were being provided for lodging as this owner has a history of scamming good business after he has used their products.
