I paid $700 for fire inspection its been a month and I open several cases to get the work done. Dispatcher says I will get a call back. It has been over a month and nothing. Requesting refund and they denied it.

Makuch Garage Door, Des Plaines, IL, required a 50% deposit ($*** check) for a repair.

Never delivered the part to repair the door. Many phone calls, never answered, emails,

letters. Completely ignored.
