The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control continues to receive emails concerning renewing SAM from contractorregistrationscenter.com domain. The link (https://contractoregistrationscenter.com/renew/?id=325F4) provided for registration allows any data input (i used all zeros for any numbers and the word phony for name, address, etc) and I was allowed to advance to an epay payment page. I didn't enter any real information or credit card information.
