I ordered four pairs of shoes in the size 8. All of the shoes were too small and not a true size 8. My heel hung over the edge. They only offered me 5% refund. I found that very unacceptable. I have four pairs of shoes that I cannot wear, and they took just about every penny of my money. I’ve yet to receive the 5% refund.
